About Peter Vickery
Peter Vickery has lived in Amherst since 1999. He and his wife, Meg, have three children, all of whom attended the Amherst public schools. Peter serves on Town Meeting, and is currently President of the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce.
Peter is an attorney with an office at 27 Pray Street, Amherst. He is a former member of the Governor’s Council (the elected statewide body that can approve or veto the Governor’s choice of judges) and the State Ballot Law Commission, which adjudicates election disputes. He is originally from Wales in the United Kingdom, and became a citizen of the United States in 2002.
